I. Visa Application Service

Procedures:
1. Fill, submit and print out the Chinese online Visa Application (COVA), sign the confirmation page, form 9.1.A (plus 9.2.E if appliable).
2. Submit an order at FreeChinaVisa with desired visa type and COVA ID.
3. Gather all the required documents and send to us.
4. After receiving your documents, we will check the documents and submit it on your behalf as soon as possible.
5.After the consulate processing, we will pick up the passport and mail back to you.

1. 填写、提交并打印中国在线签证申请。请在确认页，表格9.1.A，9.2.E(如果有代填人）签字。
2. 客户在FreeChinaVisa下订单。
3. 收集所有必需的文件并发送给我们。
4. 收到您的文件后，我们将检查文件并尽快提交申请。
5. 领事馆处理后，我们将领取护照并邮寄给您。


Note: Please review your application carefully before submitting.You cannot modify it once you submit.

注意：请在提交申请表前仔细检查，您提交以后将无法修改它。

II. Visa pickup only 代领签证

The fee is $60 per passport, with multiple discounts. 费用为每本护照$50，并有多本折扣。

Procedures:
1. Submit FreeChinaVisa "Visa Pickup Only" order with the pickup receipt number and date.
2. Send us the original pickup receipt, and payment.

1. 提交带有取件收据编号和日期的 FreeChinaVisa 订单。
2. 将取件收据原件和付款发给我们。

Processing Time

Regular

Regular processing time is 10 business days. 常规处理时间为10个工作日。

For total turnaround time, please add return shipping days（1 - 3 days), you could choose from FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Days and FedEx Saver.

Keep in mind that we need 1-2 days to process documents. We are not responsible for delay due to document errors & customer late responses. Always plan with extra days if possible.

请将回邮（1-3天）加到你何时能收到护照时间上，你可以选择FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Days 或是 FedEx Saver（一般三天）。

请尽量提早申请，我们对因为文件不合格和客户未及时回应所照成的延误不负责。



Express

Express service requires
A copy of critical condition notice/death certificate of family memeber in China and knship certificate between the applicant and paitent/the dead,
Or round trip airline ticket which showing you will leave USA within 15 calendar days.

Express processing time is 5 business days after the AVAS appointment date. Please use FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air to make sure your package will arrive our office before 2:30PM. Please update your FedEx/UPS package tracking number at Status Track.

加急服务需要提供
中国境内家庭成员病危通知书/死亡证明复印件以及申请人与患者/死者之间的亲属关系证明，
或显示您将在 15 个日历日内离开美国的往返机票。

加急服务处理时间是5个工作日，请用FedEx Priority Overnight 或是 UPS Next Day Air保证你的包裹于上午10点半前寄到我们公司。请将你FedEx/UPS包裹的跟踪号码用电子邮件通知我们：support@freechinavisa.org 或更新 Status Track。

加急服务需要提供打印出来的15天之内离开美国的往返机票或是邀请函。

请将回邮（1-3天）加到你何时能收到护照时间上，你可以选择FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Days 或是 FedEx Saver（一般三天）。

请尽量提早申请，我们对因为文件不合格和客户未及时回应所照成的延误不负责。
