Submitting passports and visa applications to FreeChinaVisa.org indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions set forth below.
Visa fees and requirements including, but not limited to, consulate fees, shipping fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice.
Visa application may only be withdrew before we hand in your paperwork to the Consulate for processing (please check status online). However a $20 per visa reviewing & handling fee will be charged. Balance will be refunded in the same form of payment within 5 business days. Visa fee is non-refundable once the Consulate starts to process your application.
FreeChinaVisa.org guarantees your visa application will be processed according to our published time schedule.
Completed visas and passports are normally sent by Federal Express, UPS or other courier services and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. FreeChinaVisa.org shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused these delivery services.
FreeChinaVisa.org shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in excess of the FreeChinaVisa.org Service fees paid by customer for visa processing.
FreeChinaVisa.org liability for loss or damage to a passport during the course of visa processing is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport. FreeChinaVisa.org shall not be responsible for any other cost.
FreeChinaVisa.org shall not be held liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist activities, military actions, acts of God or for any other acts of any third party.
Processing time for visas quoted by FreeChinaVisa.org are approximations based on our experience with Embassies, Consulates under normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed.
FreeChinaVisa.org reserves the right to decline processing of visa application for reasons including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time.
