I. Visa Application Service

Procedures:

1. Follow the China Visa application instructions to apply through Chinese online Visa Application (COVA) system .
2. Place an order on FreeChinaVisa with your visa type and COVA ID (Application Form No.).
3. Please ship (FedEx is highly recommended) the following to us:
   1. Your original passport(s), plus any passport containing an unexpired China visa. (If you were a Chinese citizen applying for the first time, please provide your last Chinese passport).
   2. A screenshot of the COVA status and barcode page (Sample).
   3. A copy of your FreeChinaVisa order confirmation email.
4. If your COVA status is not “Passport to be Submitted” when you ship the package, please monitor it and email us the updated COVA status page as soon as it changes to “Passport to be Submitted” (Sample).
5. We will review your documents and submit the passport(s) to the Consulate on your behalf as soon as possible.
6. After consulate processing, we will pick up your passport and mail it back to you.

4. 如果寄出包裹时 COVA 状态尚未显示为 “Passport to be Submitted”，请持续关注，并在状态更新为 “Passport to be Submitted（待递交护照）” 后，第一时间将最新的状态页发送给我们。
5. 我们将审核资料，并尽快代您将护照递交至中国领事馆。
6. 领事馆签证处理完成后，我们将取回护照并邮寄还给您。

II. Visa Pickup Only 代领签证

If you have already submitted your passport to the consulate yourself, we can pick it up and mail it back to you. The service fee is $50 per passport, with volume discounts available.

Procedures:

1. Submit a FreeChinaVisa "Visa Pickup Only" order with your pickup receipt number and pickup date.
2. Send us the original physical pickup receipt and payment.
3. We will collect your passport from the consulate and ship it back to you.

如果您已经自行将护照递交至领事馆，我们可以代您领取护照并邮寄给您。服务费为每本护照 $50（多本可享折扣）。

1. 在 FreeChinaVisa 提交“代领签证”订单，填写取件单号（pickup receipt number）及取件日期。
2. 将取件单原件及费用邮寄给我们。
3. 我们帮您前往领馆领取护照并邮寄还给您。
